Move products more efficiently.
Modular gravity roller conveyors designed around the way your warehouse, packing line or distribution area needs to operate.
A practical way to improve product flow.
Gravity roller conveyors help move cartons, crates and packaged goods between workstations with less carrying, lifting and unnecessary handling. Modular sections make it easier to build a system around your available space.
- ✓ Efficient product movement: Support smoother movement through packing, sorting and dispatch areas.
- ✓ Flexible layouts: Combine straight sections, bends and transfer points around your workflow.
- ✓ Simple maintenance: Individual rollers can be serviced or replaced without changing the complete line.
- ✓ Scalable system: Add or reconfigure sections as your operation changes.
Build the conveyor layout your facility needs.
Different sections and transfer components can be combined to create a more practical route through your warehouse or production area.
Straight Roller Sections
Create direct product-flow routes between receiving, packing, inspection, storage and dispatch stations.
Conveyor Bends
Guide products around corners, equipment and fixed structures while making better use of available floor space.
Ball Transfer Points
Allow cartons or containers to be rotated, diverted or moved sideways at packing stations and line intersections.
Custom Configurations
Match the overall length, width, roller spacing, working height and finish to your operational requirements.
Specify the system around your load.
The best conveyor setup depends on the size, weight and base of the products being moved, as well as the distance and route they must travel.
Straight Section Length
Modular sections can be joined to create the total conveyor run required.
Conveyor Width
Select a width that properly supports the footprint of the products being moved.
Roller Diameter
Different roller sizes can support different product sizes and load requirements.
Duty Rating
Choose a system designed for the weight and frequency of your daily operation.
Frame & Roller Finish
Protective finishes can be selected according to the working environment.
Designed for busy material-handling environments.
Gravity roller systems are suited to operations that regularly move boxes, cartons, crates, totes and other products with a firm, stable base.

What is a gravity roller conveyor?
It is a conveyor made from a series of free-turning rollers. Products can move using gravity on a slight decline or can be pushed manually along a level section.
What standard conveyor sizes are commonly available?
Common modular options include 3-metre straight sections and widths of 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm. Custom lengths and widths may be quoted where required.
Which roller sizes can be considered?
Common roller diameters include 38 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm and 76 mm, with light-, medium- and heavy-duty options selected according to the load.
Can the conveyor route go around corners?
Yes. Conveyor bends can be incorporated into a modular layout. Ball transfer units may also be used where products need to rotate, change direction or move sideways at a workstation.
Can individual rollers be replaced?
Depending on the selected system, spring-loaded rollers can be removed and replaced individually, helping reduce maintenance time and avoiding the need to replace a complete conveyor section.
What finishes are available?
Conveyor frames may be available in painted, powder-coated or galvanised finishes. Roller finish options can include raw or galvanised steel, subject to the final specification.
